Privacy Policy

Last updated: 16 October 2026

Darts Social respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights under the GDPR.

1. What we collect

The free scoreboard works without an account; games played without signing in stay on your device.

2. Why we use it

To run your account, save your games, show leaderboards and community features, keep the Service secure and fair, and respond to you. Our legal basis is providing the Service you asked for and our legitimate interest in keeping it safe.

3. Who can see it

Your username, stats, posts and online status are visible to signed-in members. Your email is never shown publicly. Career saves are private to you. We do not sell your data.

4. Service providers

We use trusted hosting, database and login providers to run the Service. They process data only on our instructions.

5. Marketing

We will only send newsletters if you separately opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Joining the site never signs you up automatically.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, your profile, matches, career saves and linked records are removed, except where we must keep something by law.

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it. You can also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).

8. Cookies and storage

We use essential browser storage to keep you signed in and remember game settings. We do not use advertising cookies.

9. Children

The Service is not intended for children under 13.
