Welcome to Darts Social. By using dartssocial.com (the "Service") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. The Service

Darts Social offers a free darts scoreboard, online matches, Career Mode, leaderboards, a forum and community chat. The Service is currently in Beta, so features may change, reset or be removed, and it is provided "as is" without guarantees of availability.

2. Accounts

Some features need an account. You must be at least 13 years old, give accurate details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Usernames must not impersonate others or be offensive.

3. Fair play

Enter scores honestly. Manipulating results, exploiting bugs, using automated tools or tampering with Career Mode saves or leaderboards is not allowed. We may remove results or suspend accounts that break these rules.

4. Community conduct

Be respectful in the forum, chat and match reactions. No harassment, hate speech, spam, illegal content or sharing other people's personal information. Moderators may edit, hide or delete content and suspend accounts.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You give Darts Social a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the Service. You can delete your posts at any time.

6. Our intellectual property

The Darts Social name, logo, design, code, Career Mode characters, artwork and storylines belong to Darts Social and are protected by copyright. You may not copy, scrape, resell or reproduce the Service or its content without written permission. All Career Mode rivals, sponsors and organisations are fictional.

7. Future paid features

Some features, such as Career Mode, may become paid after a free trial. We will clearly explain prices before you are charged, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.

8. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Darts Social is not liable for indirect losses, lost data or interruptions. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will note the date above. These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
